AI Co-Founder provides AI-generated business guidance. It is informational only, not legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
3. Subscription & billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the chosen interval (monthly or yearly).
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no questions asked.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to generate illegal content, harass others, or attempt to break / scrape the platform.
5. Your content
Anything you input remains yours. We don't train models on your data or share it with third parties beyond the processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee specific business outcomes — your results depend on your execution.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
