1. The parties
These terms are between you and MB Hipiai (company code 306456138, Lithuania), operator of Bizkit at trybizkit.com. Contact: help@trybizkit.com.
2. What you are buying
Bizkit is a one-time purchase digital product: a kit of 4 AI agent prompt files plus a setup guide. You receive lifetime access to the files as they exist at the time of purchase. This is not a subscription, not a SaaS product, and not a done-for-you service. You are buying access to a set of tools you operate yourself.
3. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address used for checkout containing your download link. Delivery is typically within 5 minutes. If you do not receive it, check spam or email help@trybizkit.com.
4. Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or email help@trybizkit.com. Refunds are processed within 24 hours via Stripe. We do not offer partial refunds or refunds after 30 days.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Bizkit for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files. You may not claim them as your own original creation.
6. No income guarantee
Bizkit provides tools. Your results depend entirely on your effort, your market, and your execution. We make no guarantee of income, sales, or any specific outcome. Any figures shared in marketing are examples from real users, not promises of what you will earn.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The product is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before using it commercially.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
